Add the address as an alert recipient in your tool, or set up a forwarding rule for its alert emails. Restrict allowed senders if you like.
Use Send test event, or trigger an alert email, then check the integration’s activity.
Who gets paged comes from your on-call rotation and escalation policy. Each person picks how they’re reached: SMS, phone call, email, push or Slack.
