Is Shopify down for everyone or just you?
This is the question that matters most. Our checker requests shopify.com from our own servers, completely separate from your network — so the result reflects what the rest of the internet sees, not just your connection.
- If we say it's down: the outage is real and affects everyone. You'll just have to wait until Shopify fixes the issue.
- If we say it's up, but you can't load it: the problem is local to you — usually a DNS cache, a VPN, a firewall, browser cache, or your ISP. Try a different network and an incognito window.
